Pick the channel that matches the job. Membership changes and cancellations can be done in your account; write here if you cannot get in. Gifts, classroom seats and print postage questions belong on this page. We keep one inbox so nothing sits in a side queue.

Come to Kandahar Street

The office sits at 56 Kandahar Street, #03-01, Kampong Glam, Singapore 198904. Bring a printed note if you prefer paper. We are not a walk-in shop for collecting issues; printed editions go out by post. If you need to drop a manuscript or a gift brief, come during weekday hours and ask for the desk on the third floor.

Saturday 10:00–14:00 SGT

What to include

Account email if you are a member. A Singapore or overseas address for gift and postage questions. For submissions, the working title, the strand you have in mind (Fiction or From the record), and a sample of no more than one chapter.

After your note arrives

We treat the inbox as part of the same desk that ships the issue. You will not be passed through a maze of departments. If we need a print-run check or an archive look-up, we say so in the first reply and give you a time. Here is the path your message takes from the moment it lands.

First

We read it the same day

Messages that arrive before 17:00 SGT on a weekday are opened before we close. Saturday notes are read before 14:00. Anything that lands on Sunday waits until Monday morning. You get a human reply, not an automated ticket number, and we quote the topic you chose so you can see we have the right file.

Then

We check the record

Billing and cancellation notes are matched to the email on the account. Gift and classroom orders are priced in Singapore dollars before we confirm. Writer submissions are logged against the strand you named. We never ask you to repeat the whole story if the first note was clear. If something is missing, we ask for that one piece only.

Before we close it

You get a plain answer

You will know what happens next: a cancellation date, a gift pass, a postage add-on of S$6 a month outside Singapore, or a decline on a submission. Access on a paid plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid. Printed issues already in the post are not pulled back; unused print months can be refunded as set out on the memberships page.

Gifts, schools and teams

Seats for more than one reader

A gift membership is a Full Chronicle plan paid by you and opened by someone else. You tell us the recipient’s name, email and a Singapore delivery address if print is included. We send the welcome note on the date you choose. Two gift passes a year sit on the Collector plan; further gifts are arranged from this page.

Classrooms and teams from five seats share a single billing contact and a shared archive window. Readers still keep their own place in each story. Write with the number of seats, the start month, and whether you need print in Singapore or reader and audio only. We reply with a price in Singapore dollars before anyone is charged.
