Who sees your details
We share personal data only with people who need it to finish a task you asked for. That is a short list: the payment processor, the Singapore host, the postal service for print, and a contractor who helps with audio mastering when a narrator file must move between studios. Each of them is bound to use the data for that task alone.
Staff at Kandahar Street can open an account record to fix a delivery, change a tier or answer a rights request. They sign in with personal logins. We do not pass your name to other publishers, and we do not place your email on a joint list. If a classroom or team plan from five seats upward is arranged through the contact desk, the organiser sees only the seats they paid for.
Our site is hosted on servers in Singapore by a third-party provider. Payment pages sit with the processor, so card entry does not pass through our forms. If the law in Singapore requires us to disclose a record, we will limit the file to what the request names and keep a note of the date. We will tell you unless the law stops us from doing so.
